  • Agency Data: Operational, incident, and other records submitted by Customers.
  • Personal Data: Information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, such as names, contact details, or identifiers contained in Agency Data.
  • System Telemetry Data: Performance, diagnostic, and technical data collected automatically by the Services.
  • Incident Response Metrics: Aggregated metrics relating to incident handling and response activities.
  • Threat Intelligence Data: Information regarding threats, vulnerabilities, and malicious activity collected and aggregated across customers.
  • Support Data: Information provided to us in connection with support requests.

3. How We Use Information

  • Deliver, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • Analyze and respond to threats across a crowd-sourced environment.
  • Monitor system performance, security, and reliability.
  • Provide technical support and customer service.
  • Comply with applicable law and contractual obligations.
  • Support legitimate government and public safety functions.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

  • To Authorized Users and Third-Party Providers designated by the Customer.
  • To service providers under confidentiality obligations who process data on our behalf.
  • To comply with legal, regulatory, or governmental requests.
  • To protect security, prevent fraud, or enforce our Terms of Service.
  • In aggregated or anonymized form that does not identify any individual agency or user.
  • We do not sell Customer data.

5. Consent

  • By using the Services, Customers and Authorized Users consent to the collection, processing, and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
  • Customers are responsible for obtaining all necessary internal approvals and authorizations before submitting Agency Data or Personal Data to the Services.

6. Data Retention

  • C2 Platforms retains Agency Data and Personal Data only as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill contractual or legal obligations, or as otherwise required by law.

7. Security

  • We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Agency Data and Personal Data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
  • Customers remain responsible for securing access credentials and maintaining internal controls.

8. Government Agency Considerations

  • Where Customers are U.S. Government agencies or entities, C2 Platforms will handle information in accordance with applicable federal law, regulations, and procurement requirements.

9. International Transfers

  • If applicable, data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside of the Customer’s country. Such transfers will be conducted in compliance with applicable law.

10. Rights of Individuals

  • Where applicable law provides individuals with rights regarding their Personal Data (such as access, correction, or deletion), C2 Platforms will assist Customers in responding to such requests, provided that Customers remain the data controller of Agency Data.

11. Changes to This Policy

  • We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated to Customers or posted within the Services.
